Ama has dedicated himself to the practice, study and teaching of yoga and meditation and has been incorporating its philosophy into his personal life after discovering its benefits in 1999. Being a lifelong learner, he has studied with world-renowned Dru Yoga and Meditation instructors in the UK and is committed to creating a safe, non-competitive space for his students to dive beneath the surface of their daily lives to find deeper meaning and inspiration.
Ama’s Yoga and Meditation classes offer creative sequences with intentional themes, emphasizing the importance of gentle movement, pranayama breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation. Through his teaching methods, he hopes for his students to achieve balance both mentally, physically, and spiritually, while providing them with a practice that they can embody in their daily lives
